Err, you appear to be under the impression this is an exploit because RA does it. It's irrelevant who does it, or how they get into the complex. The relevant part is the respawning of the Overseer every 50 minutes. That is the exploit.

And if so, CCP could fix it by changing one small variable. They have not done so.
Threatening to ban the players that are abusing the 50 minute respawn timer isn't quite enough proof for you?

Laws do not act back in time. Until it is announced as official bug you have your rights to STFU and GMs who are trying to ban people over using that issue in the past have rights to find new job.
From your point of view anyone who logging off in cloak after jumping into system should be permabanned since he's exploiting game mecanics in desperate attempt to save his isks invested into ship and clone.

If youll be so kind as to read the original post by Kieron, youll notice he just told you and the rest of us it IS an exploit. If you dont consider Kieron part of the Dev team, thats frankly your problem. Think of it as Bush giving a speech or one of his representatives. End result is the same, it is as though he said it.
